What is Kizomba?

Kizomba, derived from the traditional dances Semba (Angola) and Pasada (Cape Verde) among others, is a partner dance coupled with music from Angola, Cape Verde and the Caribbean primarily sung in Portuguese or French Creole.

Kizomba Seattle is a collaborative initiative to bring the vast groups of Kizomba dancers from around the Seattle area together to enjoy this dance we all love by sharing information for events and classes!
